Our office now provides you access to your health information through Patient Ally. Subscribing to this service allows you easy secure online access from any web browser. Access your health information, test results, medications, and visits, along with requests for appointments, medication refills and messaging to our staff. Patient Ally also provides a secure way for you to electronically communicate with Dr. Chou.
