On-Line Prescription Refill Instructions



Important Note: Before using online prescription refills, you should register your email address with our office in order for our staff to verify that the correct email address has been supplied with your prescription refill request


1. When filling out the online prescription refill form, make sure all fields are completed. This will expedite the processing of your prescription refill request. Missing, incomplete, or incorrect fields will delay the processing of your request.

2. You can request up to 8 prescription refills using this online form. If you have more than 8 prescriptions to refill at one time, we recommend that you call your pharmacist directly. Your pharmacy will contact us with the prescriptions for which you need refills, which will expedite the processing of your refill.

3. The web form provides space for one prescription. If you have additional prescriptions click "[Add]" to enter additional prescriptions ( up to 8 ).



4. If you wish to remove a prescription from the form, you can click "[Remove]" to remove the prescription.

5. You must select either to have the prescription called to a specific pharmacy or you can choose to pick up a paper prescription from our office.

6. If you do choose to have the prescription called into a specific pharmacy you must enter the name and phone number of the pharmacy you wish to have your prescription sent to. If you do not know the phone number of the pharmacy, you can use the "[Search Map]" feature.



7. When using the map, you can type in the name of the pharmacy you wish to find in the search box. You can drag the mouse around or zoom in or out of the image to locate the specific area of the county you wish to search.



8. You can click on the names in the search results window or select a map marker. Once you locate the correct pharmacy, click on the info window to copy the name and phone number into the request form.



9. When you're done using the map, you can close the map using the "[X]" in upper right corner of the map.

10. When you enter in drug names, the form will list suggestions of drugs that match the characters that you type. If you wish to select one of the drugs in the automatic suggestion list, scroll down the list using the up or down arrow keys on your keyboard. Press the Tab key or the right arrow key to select an item. Alternatively you can select a drug name and strength using your mouse.
