We provide several online services for your convenience. Online transactions with our web site are encrypted and secure.

We are currently using a temporary SSL certificate. Until we obtain a permanent certificate, you will receive a warning message indicating that the identity of our web site can not be verified.

Online Appointment Request

You may schedule an appointment within the next two weeks using our online scheduling system. You will receive an email within 1 business day with the date of your appointment. This service is for scheduling non-emergency and routine health visits. If you think you have a medical emergency, do not schedule an appointment on-line. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Online Prescription Refill

You may request prescription refills for certain medications that you are taking using our online prescription refill form. (This service is provided for routine refills of certain medications for existing patients that do not require a patient visit. If your prescription cannot be refilled on line, you will be notified by phone and/or email.

Online Bill Payment

You may securely pay your bill on-line using a credit card or a Pay Pal account.
