Office Policies

Cancellation Policy
To help us accomodate all our patients in a timely fashion, we require 24 hours notice if a patient cannot keep a scheduled office appointment. All patients who cancel appointments with fewer than 24 hours notice will be subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee.
