Children's Over the Counter Medications Recalled
Check your medicine cabinet for any of these recently recalled
medications -- Infant or Children's Tylenol, Motrin, Benadryl,
Sudafed, or Zyrtec. If you have any of these medications you can
request a refund check from the manufacturer. See the website
http://www.mcneilproductrecall.com/index.jhtml for more information.
To restock your cabinet, it is safe to use any of the generic versions
of Tylenol (acetaminophen), Motrin (ibuprofen), Benadryl
(diphenhydramine), and Sudafed (phenylephrine). Zyrtec does not have a
generic version, but Claritin (loratidine) can be substituted for
allergy symptoms.
